I booked Heather for my wedding florals and I'm so glad I found her!! She is a true artist. As a bride with a smaller floral budget, I encountered more than a few vendors who made me feel dismissed before the conversation even started. Heather was the complete opposite from the very first phone call — warm, genuine, and immediately excited about my vision rather than my budget. We got married in a lush garden setting, so I really only needed a bridal bouquet, a maid of honor bouquet, and hanging green amaranthus for our candelabras. Heather got it instantly. She offered thoughtful suggestions without ever trying to upsell, and never once made me feel like my wedding was too small to matter. She hand delivered my bouquet, and when I saw it I squealed — it was exactly what I had dreamed of. Everything was perfect. Thank you Heather!!

I had sent Heather a Pinterest board of my inspiration, and she brought my floral dreams to life! My family was even raving about the flowers at our intimate wedding and they were so excited to take home the centerpieces at the end of the night. She delivered exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

I cannot thank Heather enough for how wonderful she was throughout the entire process and for how happy we are with the final arrangements. I was looking for something a little less traditional with dried elements, succulents, plants, eucalyptus, and minimal fresh flowers. Simple, understated, and perfectly suited to the venue and she absolutely delivered. Everything turned out beautifully, and guests loved being able to take home plants as a wedding favor. By The Bay Floral came highly recommended by our venue, and I completely understand why. Thank you so much for everything!!

I hired By the Bay Floral for my wedding in October. 10/10/25 and from the very first phone conversation I had with Heather, I knew she was the one. There was something so comforting and confident in her voice, I instantly trusted her. After seeing the beautiful images on her website, I could already tell she had the creative eye and design sense to bring my vision to life. Her knowledge of flowers absolutely blew me away. The way she talked about color, texture, and seasonal blooms made me feel like she truly understood what I was going for. I sent her just a few inspiration photos, and that was all she needed to create something original, stunning, and completely me. When I saw my bouquet, the centerpieces, and the floral arch on my wedding day, I was speechless. Everything was exactly my vibe! From the colors and tones to the mood and feeling it all created. It was elegant, romantic, and effortless all at once. Heather perfectly captured what I had envisioned and turned it into something even more beautiful than I imagined. Every detail was perfection!
